Good luck with the Yorkshire Life Food %26 Drink Awards. Just re-acquainted myself with your website and some Pex Soft cheese this week down here in London. Keep things going in the same vain. Lovely stuff.

Wow! What fabulous cheese... recently purchased Pexommier, Pike's Delight and Pexo Blanco (Wakefield Market) for a dinner party, also tasted the East Lee with garlic, very moorish. We enjoyed every one, the pexo blanco is superb, remaining moist while cooked, not rubbery like Halloumi can be, but still held it's shape, the Pexommier rivals many French varieties and the Pikes Delight is spot on. Looking forward to the mature version. We stay as often as possible at a cheese farm/hotel in northern France, on route to and from the south and I have to say, your cheeses, though less in variety at this time, are equaly as nice. Would love to come and have a look round and will definately recommend you to others. Will you open an on-line facility or are there regular dates that you are in the area???

Our local deli in York has just started stocking this - it's wonderful! And great that it is organic too. I'll definitely be buying this again and scouting out your other cheeses.
